Acne Caused By Other Problems
Experts may tell you that your acne is a good thing when viewed in a certain way or from a different
perspective, and they could be justified in saying that. Consider acne caused by other problems as you just have to
look at how cause and effect works. The effect of your acne could be the cause of an underlying health problem that
you had not taken into account or were totally unaware of.
Acne could be saying to you that your body has a hormonal imbalance that needs to be corrected, and that if it
is not dealt with, this could lead to further health problems that may return to haunt you later. An example is
hormonal imbalance that can cause premature hair loss or maybe prostate problems, the latter can be a potentially
very serious condition. So acne caused by other problems could highlight a much more serious health problem and
then give you the opportunity for early treatment.
All through your life glands in your body produce a vast number and diversity of hormones, each of which
performs a very specific function for your body. It may be that this function must be completed, while at other
times it may not be so critical, and so the hormones produced to trigger this bodily function are not required.
In reality these are an excess of hormones produced by your body as a precaution that should a certain condition
or event happen, but then did not actually happen.
However, once those hormones get used, they leave a residue behind, but this residue must to be flushed from the
body to prevent it becoming toxic. Normally, the liver deals with these excess hormones plus the residue left by
those that have been used.
Acne caused by other problems such as when the body is under stress or strain and has to work excessively hard.
During this time of stress the liver may become incapable of effectively processing an excess and spent hormones.
For this reason it means that acne attacks tends to take place at certain times. Such a example is adolescence, the
time when the human body experiences maximum growth, and therefore the liver can be far too busy performing other
tasks to have an opportunity to deal with all the excess hormones being produced. The same problem of excess
hormones and lack of mopping them up means that it can be the same for women during their monthly cycle or the
menopause.
We all tend to eat a mixture of fats, both so called good fats and bad fats. Sometimes when the body is under
excess pressure, the liver just cannot cope with processing and metabolizing all those fats and oils that eaten,
and it's these that can contribute to your cause of acne.
Certainly, should your hormonal imbalance be the sole cause of your acne, then everyone would suffer from acne
as we tend to have the same eating habits, and as that is obviously is not the case here, then there has be
something else contributing.
We should consider your hereditary factors as well as a nutritionally poor diet. As has been suggested that if
your parents were acne sufferers, then there is a much higher likelihood that you will be too. That, as unfortunate
as it may be, is just a fact in your life that cannot do much about!
Correcting the problem of encouraging a diet that helps your acne to thrive is something you can do to help
yourself once you know what to look for and understand that acne caused by other problems is the root cause of your
suffering.
